I went in on Monday for the first time with my son after hearing what a great team they have. My experience with the receptionist was amazing she went out of her way to make me and my son feel welcomed she answered our endless questions and helped with figuring out our insurance. As for the Dental hygienist she was amazing , extra Gentle and stopped constantly to make sure Ali was okay and comfortable; her work was exceptional.
As for the dentist Ali saw Dr. Pooja I can’t say enough good things about her. She explained everything she was going to do to Ali’s tooth; she literally walked him through the procedure step by step. She would constantly ask if he was okay. Ali’s tooth is already feeling better thanks to her amazing work . From our experience I would strongly recommend Ellis Dental to anyone and everyone! Amazing staff and wonderful experience!
Amazing customer service. I had quite a few insurance questions as my husband recently lost his job and every penny counts. Jen was so caring and nice about answering all the questions. It was such a seamless process booking my appointment and Dr. Pandya was amazing and made me feel comfortable the whole time. They are so knowledgeable and experienced. Beautiful office!!
I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled while still awake and it was so much better than I thought it would be. Friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions. Comfortable and professional, Dr. Panya ook my teeth out very quickly and painlessly. Today, the day after, I have very little soreness and swelling. Mind you, my teeth were on the easier side of things as far as extractions go but it was still great. 10/10 would recommend to all my family and friends.
The staff are always extremely friendly and I like that the dentist remembers me by name even after 6 months. Shows they truly value their customers!
So my wife and I already had our checkups and cleanings done by Chestermere Smiles Dental. We were both really impressed by the service and facility. I decided to leave this review after my son, a 3-year-old, had his check-up and cleaning. The staff was amazing, they managed to have him go through the experience with no tears and come out smiling and happy. A well deserved 5 stars!
I am most grateful for Dr. Pandya and her expertise. Needed a crown, a first for me, went in with extreme discomfort, as the thought of this type of dental work makes me queasy. Dr. Pandya and her staff placed me at ease, provided everything for my appointment, allowing my procedure to be, virtually, painless.
Two thumbs way way up!! Amazing staff super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I usually have sever anxiety when it comes to getting dental work done but they really helped keep me at ease so much I actually fell asleep through my appointment, it doesn’t get better than that!!
